Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will be based on a road construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
