Meat trimmer — Kaga

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Kaga, Borno State. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
