Kitchen cook wanted in Scott County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Scott County, Kansas. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
