Restaurant steward — Crow Wing County

Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time with occasional weekends.
