Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
