Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Marte, Borno State. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
