Dough maker — Wrexham

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Wrexham, Wales. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
