Meat trimmer — Emuoha

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Emuoha, Rivers State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Rotating shifts.
