Excavator operator — Colbert County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Colbert County, Alabama. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. The role involves: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Full-time, day shift.
