Immediate opening: oven operator (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Juab County, Utah. The job is at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Performance bonus on top of base pay.
