Tower crane operator — Uvalde County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Uvalde County, Texas. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On the job you will handle: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
