Banquet server — Forest County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Forest County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
