Butcher — Sherman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Sherman County, Texas. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Overtime paid at a premium rate.
