We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Williamson County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
