Deboner wanted in Katihar

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Katihar, State of Bihar. We are looking for quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; food hygiene / HACCP certificate; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. ₹28,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
