Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Freestone County, Texas. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
