Banquet server — Box Butte County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Box Butte County, Nebraska. You will work in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
