Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Frio County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Frio County, Texas. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
