You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Six days a week, one day off.
