Captain waiter — Hall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hall County, Texas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
