Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Latimer County, Oklahoma. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 2+ years on the tools preferred.
