Oven operator wanted in Dewey County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Dewey County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
