Immediate opening: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Ector County, Texas. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes.
