Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish The role involves dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; check walls for plumb and level as you go; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
