Fine-dining server wanted in Kankia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Kankia, Katsina State. You will be based in a café. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 2+ years on the tools preferred.
