Milling machinist — Prayagraj

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm You should bring knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron; experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges.
