Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Crosby County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Rotating shifts.
