Great opportunity: rigger (Imo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Oguta, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Full-time, day shift.
