Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Karu, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a cake shop. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
