Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Dukku, Gombe State. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
