Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Somervell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Somervell County, Texas. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
