Restaurant steward — Buffalo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Overtime paid at a premium rate.
