We are recruiting: milling machine operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Freestone County, Texas. The job is in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
