Conventional mill operator • Obi, Benue State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Obi, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
