Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Thoubal, Manipur. Ideally you have willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather; ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams; confident with standard crane hand signals. The role involves attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
