Immediate opening: bread baker (Uttar Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
