Bakery assistant — Mopa-Muro

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
