Join our team: gantry crane operator (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Randolph County, Missouri. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
