We are recruiting: we are hiring a telesales agent in Edgar County, Illinois. You will be based at a wholesale market. Your main tasks: • Meet daily and monthly sales targets • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests Ideal candidate: • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Accurate in handling cash Six days a week, one day off.
