Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Schleicher County, Texas. The role involves excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site 6+ years on the tools preferred.
