Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Ado Odo/Ota, Ogun State. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand We offer ₦900 per hour plus benefits.
