Decorator — Mitchell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a decorator in Mitchell County, Texas. The job is in a paint and spray workshop. On the job you will handle: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
