On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
