Dozer operator wanted in Accomack County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Accomack County, Virginia. You will work at an open-cast mine. You will refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
