Deboner wanted in Ikom

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Ikom, Cross River State. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time, day shift.
