Fry cook wanted in Worcester County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Worcester County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
