Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Surguja, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
