Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Goalpara, Assam. You should bring aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements; own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level. The role involves: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
