Surface coating operator • Koriya, State of Chhattisgarh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Koriya, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at an automotive components factory. We are looking for able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
