Single needle operator — West Jaintia Hills

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. The job is on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. You should bring good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching; able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown; knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance.
